I just caught this on the car radio..... they are saying they thought a plane was in bound...but there was no plane??

Apparently a light plane was inbound, it's now headed southeastward away from the city. No other details.

It is a big decision to evacuate...BIG.

There has to be a threat out there we haven't been told about.

FNC did mentioned that authorities did rec a threat on the WH and the Capital Building

I say better safe than sorry, and not to be paranoid or fearful but take every precaution.

This pilot is lucky he didnt get shot down.

Yeah but the Democrats and hollywood airheads say this is all a big charade. Nobody wants to hurt us. It's a power grab.

Everytime another western asset explodes and people's remains are scattered about I wish for these same assholes to get on the air and explain their position again. Babs you there? Al? farking halfwits.

I have to relate a story from the community I serve on the Fire department. Last summer we had a lightning storm in the area . One home owner had his chimney hit around 8:30 in the evening. The owner is a MD. He went outside and noticed a lot of bricks had been knocked off and were laying in the yard. It did not occur to him to have the fire dept check out his home.

Any way the next morning around 5:30 am the smoke alarm goes off. He pulled the battery out not seeing any problem. Walking back to his bedroom he looks up into a skylight and sees nothing but orange. The genius then comes to the conclusion that there is a fire in his attic.

I wonder what criteria there is for the decision to shoot an incoming plane down.

3 miles radius, a 1 mile radius?

If i was a pilot i would know the restricted area and avoid it like my life depended on it, which it may.

But thats my point, when the terrorist Atta flew into the WTC, it was reported he was at full throttle. What is that, about 400MPH.Thats about 8 miles a minute.Thats 40 miles in 5 minutes. If this was ever a threat would they ever realy have time to evacuate or scamble a fighter

Oh, $#it!

Close. Apaprently a female senior member of the press corps flatulated, and the bio/chem attack sensors went off. The White House was cleared as a precaution. In an unrelated incident, Helen Thomas was unable to vacate the premises as she was trapped in the ladies room while changing her Depends.

It seems like it would be a better idea to hunker down inside the building in the most secure place than to run outside and stand around wit han incoming place threat.

Even if that really isnt a tornado hovering above.

There may be time to evaculate .. as for scrambling a fighter? .. it probably wouldn't get there in time, unless it was already in the sky
