But should he claim to be pro gay if he isn't to keep people happy. Should he claim to be pro abortion to keep the right people happy? What we want from him is honesty above all else. After Clinton we all realize we would rather have an honest disagreement than someone with his finger in the air. I don't know where you stand on Christianity but I suspect you are not very concerned with how Christianity differs from Islam or the simple fact that it is the truth and Islam is a lie. They may be why it is easier for you to think in terms of expedience rather than truth.
