No it doesn't. Oswald's gun proves that the killer shots cam from the 6th floor.

OK fair enough. I will put it to you this way. The gun and Oswald's prints were found on the 6th floor. A man with sterling finger print credentials linkes also the print of Wallace to the sniper's nest (a 14 point match).

So we have linked via fingerprint evidence 2 people to the sniper's nest. Both ex-marines. One both a convicted murder and indicted murder who worked for Clark/Johnson.

Reasonable doubt is gone for me.

I have the book, "Case Closed" by Gerald Posner - I can't hardly bring myself to even want to open it. This book was released way back in 1997. Now that I hear that this book was written, using the research of others - I want even less to open it and read it. I did get it at my local thrift store for a few bucks. Hmmmmmmmm, wonder what that means? Perhaps the original owner of this book felt it had no merit and decided to discard it? My guess is that this person wanted to get in tune with the times.
