A Texas Ranger is one who cannot be stampeded-- Capt. Clint Peoples has held more titles in U.S. Law enforcement than any other man. Since 1930 titles include Deputy Sheriff, Special Ranger, Chief Deputy Constable, Chief deputy Sheriff, Texas Hwy. Patrolman. As a Texas Ranger he served as Private, Capt., and Senior Capt. He is currently U.S. Marshall.
The Texas Rangers are the oldest Federal Law enforcement agency in the United States. In 1969 Clint peoples became Senior Capt., in charge of all Rangers, the second man in the history of Texas to hold that command. The other was Rip Ford in 1858.
Texas Ranger Clint Peoples testified under oath that his evidence showed that in 1961 Henry Marshall was murdered by Mac Wallace, (who Barr McClellan proves was the hitman on the sixth floor by finger print evidence). The ruling then was suicide for Henry Marshall; however, a later grand jury ruled homicide and said Johnson was guilty. He could not be indicted because he had passed on. But with that action, law enforcement got him. That grand jury ruled in 1984 with supporting evidence from Texas Ranger Clint Peoples. Three people were involved - Johnson, Wallace, and Cliff Carter. Billy Sol Estes was the fourth participant and was given immunity.
Case cClosed for me unless you think Ranger Peoples a fool or a liar it should be case closed for you too.
