I'm upset that he broke the law, and illegally purchased them, in unsafe/illegal quantities, in an illegal and deceitful manner. I'm upset that he, apparently, engaged in purposeful, plotted behavior to try and hide the fact that he was breaking the law.

Rush already admitted to the use, and addiction. He has also failed to deny any of the allegations regarding his illegal use, and illegal obtaining of the drugs. In the law, that's call "admission by silence"...feel free to look it up, or if you need a "brainiac" like me to post it for you, I'm happy to do so.
