I would still say if MJ did anything including breathing heavily in the kid's ear, he should go down, but as a parent, I am concerned about a certain amount of contributory negligience...

I think the comparison between women dressing provocatively is a different thing...
Women always, as do children, have the absolute right to be safe in their persons... However, adults do have to account anything they may done or not done that could have prevented a crime.... And we all know that attacks on women are about violence, not sex...
I have no idea what attacks on children are about...Perhaps control... Perhaps traumatic childhood conflict escape or resolution.... Not my area of expertise....
