I heard that on the way to the palace that one of the royal Clysdales let loose a zinger that sent a gaseous odor over the open coach that the Queen and George were riding in. When the Queen apologized to George, he replyed; "no need to apologize, in fact I thought it was one of the horses."
Well, that's what I heard, anyway.

Those aren't Clydesdales. They are called Windsor Greys. They are actually Dutch Warmbloods, IIRC. The dark brown coach horses are Cleveland Bays, and they are the only native British breed of coaching horse.
