They are saying this case is different from the one ten years ago, there were no formal charges then, and you couldn't force a child to testify. This time there are charges, the state legislation changed the law because of the past Michael Jackson case, they have a cooperative victim, and there are multiple charges. Sounds like Michael is busted.
