What was that distinction between child molestation charges and not 'oral copulation' charges. Did I hear wrong? Any legal eagle know what that's about?

It's 288 with a small "a" , child molestation, and 288 with a big "A", the other thing. Why they just didn't give it another number, only the lawyers know for sure.
