Lewd Acts Charge For Jackson
CBSnews ^ | 11/19/03

Pop superstar Michael Jackson could be in custody by the end of the day.

CBS News Correspondent Steve Futterman reports the Santa Barbara, Calif., district attorney confirms he is ready to arrest Jackson on child molestation charges. The sheriff's office said it has an arrest warrant and was negotiating with Jackson's attorney for his surrender. Jackson is currently in Las Vegas.

The warrant charges Jackson with "lewd and lascivious acts with a child under age 14."

"We were told that his attorneys and the Santa Barbara Sheriff's Office were in the process of working something out where he would be turning himself in," Las Vegas police spokesman Jose Montoya told CBS radio station KNX's Gail Eichenthal. The surrender most likely would be in Santa Barbara, Montoya said, because it's a local warrant.

Tom Sneddon DA
1. Law in Cali. changed because of Jacko previous case.
2. Never any warrant issued for first offense, there is a warrant now.
3. In 93-94 there was a civil case filed at same time, not so now
4. They have a cooperative victim this time.

Talk about your dream prison bitch.......

If I were Jacko, I'd be on the first private pocket rocket to Borneo, and then take a below radar sea plane to some south pacific island which is run by tribal guys in thongs and a bone thru their nose known for canibalism. I'd claim I was a God(hence the appearance), and mandate they kill and eat any person/s asking questions about "Jacko God Tiki".

Don't moonwalk back......ever!
