The devil is in the details on this one. Considering his regulatory appointments so far, I am not encouraged that there will be meaningful reform.

Remember, the power to regulate is the power to play favorites. Besides mere rational relief, this could be a way to cut off Davis' blood sucking bottom feeders and tell them who is in charge, a way to pay off on campaign debts, or both. I suspect it's the first. It would fit the pattern.

If he is truly the RINO many of you have been telling me he is ... he's the strangest RINO I've ever met :-).

I don't think Tom McClintock himself could have done any better, or acted any more decisively.

I'm sure there are some things we're going to disagree with him about, but what a start!

Here's one for the history books!
