At the same time, are Arnold's two Executive Orders not a good start indeed in starting to do what he's promised, and straightening out the regulatory thicket?
That was what I was referring to, and your post doesn't rebut that overall proposition.

As I said quite clearly in Post #5, it's too early to tell on that front. It looks more to me that he's just be taking the reins and letting the horses know that there's a different driver. Given his environmental appointments, I wouldn't be cheering if I were you.
