Its sun light on the SS guy's hair! Or the film was doctored!

I don`t know what that is. I know it isn`t doctored because I saw different copies of that film and the same thing happens. One guy said it`s the SS guys shirt collar, but how? That looks nothing like a shirt collar!

That was me , who said shirt collar. After watching the film closer its apparent it is sun light on the ss guy riding shot gun, you have to watch the whole film to really see it!
