Further their criminal activities

You know as an after thought...

What criminal who going to committ a crime would care if he has a legal drivers license anyway?....Just a thought now...when you can buy a fake...

"Have you ever been to Southern California?"

Only for the last 30 years or so - Heading down to T.J. again in the morning. So ?

"Everything would become a lot more expensive if it wasn't for low wage workers, (ILLEGAL ALIENS)"

Just how much more expensive is that burger or hotel in areas where there is no illegal labor ? In my travels I have seen no big difference.

Do you think McDonalds would go out of business or they would figure out some way to exist ?

Will the hotels close their doors by pricing themselves out of business ?

So the Imperial Valley turns back into a desert, we buy tomatos and lettuce from Mexico, and we use all that extra water for people instead of plants.

I can't believe anyone would seriously close their eyes, pretend that this criminal exploitation of people is not "really" bad for us and this illegal activity should be allowed to continue for a couple of bucks.

I'm astounded that fools will fight to raise the minimum wage, while giving a behind-the-back OK sign to employers who will replace those minimum wage workers with less-then-minimum wage non-taxed illegals.

Nope - same kettle - all part of making it easier for them to break the law.

BTW - crossed back up from TJ this morning showing my license - if this goes through will I start having to carry my passport, or will the DL become a free border pass card for illegals also ?

Hi - Couldnt find it on the web, but it was in the U/T this morning - "License Bill would effect Insurance Industry"

"Most insurers will treat them as high-risk, demanding top-dollar on par with premiums paid by teenagers with no driving records... A new driver eligable under the bill could pay as much as $2,000 annually"

Just how are your illegals going to handle it on their tomato picking wages ?

What newspaper in the U/T? The San Diego Union Tribune, or some other one?

Yep it was in the The San Diego Union Tribune on A3 -

... On another note, an article Friday noted that close to 10,000 pedestrians cross the border during a typical morning rush hour -

- My hat is off to these LEGAL workers, and should they wish to apply through the LEGAL channels and receive LEGAL residency, I welcome them.
