If Carla testifies against the HINO, now that the guardianship issue is back on the table, what about Trudy Capone (former co-worker of Michael's)? She signed an affidavit on May 9/2001, stating "Michael confided in me all the time about Terri ... He said to me many times that he had no idea what her wishes were."

That testimony could come back in as well. I don't know where Trudy Capone might be, Or Jackie Rhodes. I would hope they'd let in the affadavits of the other aides as well. Not to mention the bone scan, which, as I understand it, was never admitted into evidence.
