I think that's the idea. Anyway, yes, on the guardianship hearing. It seems that Jeb can still appeal the lifting of the stay on the case regarding Terri's Law, how far I don't know. The stay is just on the arguments for having the case heard on Terri's Law heard in Tallahassee. Only thing I can figure is that the liberal RATs (which is obviously what the "R" after the names of these judges stand for) hate Jeb as much as they hate his brother. It is a pathological hatred that clouds their judgement in all things involving him. Personally, I think it's just that the Bush brothers are getting in the way of their efforts to fast track their Marxist agenda.
