My concern is that the records have been purged. I don't believe for a minute that the forces that are working so hard to kill Terri wouldn't stoop to doctoring the records or "misplacing" portions they didn't want seen.

I agree wholeheartedly with your view. There have been cases over the years where a search warrant has been executed so that the investigators could actually physically go in to doctors' offices and discover the smoking gun files hiding in closets in boxes marked with misleading information. The doctors retained the files, but they were the only ones who knew where the damning files existed, until the search warrants revealed the whereabouts. Hopefully, everything possible is being done to aid the discovery in this investigation. I would never put it past Dr. Victor Gambone or anyone on Michael's team to surreptitiously do away with any vital info about Terri.

MS provided false information(s) to the P.O. on that incident. The medics had a bad feeling,, but case was
not send to the detective unit for further investigation.

It's not the Police Officer fault, everybody makes mistakes..
Remember it was Saturday night, and I wonder if it was the full mooon too?

The light is shining more today on this case...

We got a LOCO as guardian of Terri...and as a Nurse OMG !!
I wonder, if MS lied on his job application as a RN too?

The part that states...

Q.- Have you taken,or ever taken drugs in the past ?
to include med's ?

hmmmmm?, and if he answer yes ? For what ? explain....

The police can now reopen this case, due to the fact(s)
they were lied too, and not provided correct information(s),etc...

The question is..will they ???
We need the FBI..ASAP !!!

On the police report, it states he was the "General Manager" of "Agostino's Ristorante" in Clearwater. See post #517 by Orlando about McDonald's.

Reeve's injuries are the result of a fall from a horse, or maybe thrown by one, I'm almost positive. As for pulling his plug, well, he's just too important to let that happen to. I just wish Terri was just as important in everyone else's eyes. To me, she's all the more precious because she isn't a celebrity.

St. Petersburg, Fla. -- If he spoke to his wife one last time, Michael Schiavo does not remember. It was a Saturday night, the busiest of the week at the restaurant he managed in Clearwater, Agostino's Ristorante. It was past midnight by the time he closed the restaurant and came home.....

Yeah, they say he fell off a horse. What he was doing to the horse has never been revealed. If he'd only landed on a dense, impenetrable bone like his head, he would have escaped injury.

One more case of snotty liberal elitism. Reeve has less chance of full recovery than Terri (i.e., none) but he's PC and liberal and an actor where she's a nobody. He gets therapy, she gets murdered. The SOB actually wants other people's babies killed for stem cell research to try to cure him. That's so horrible and PC that every leftist on earth will fight to save him.

Schiavo clash is rooted in cash

The dispute between Michael Schiavo and his in-laws began when Bob and Mary Schindler said he owed them money, court records show.

By WILLIAM R. LEVESQUE, Times Staff Writer
Published November 23, 2003

Valentine's Day, 1993.

Michael Schiavo sat by his brain-damaged wife, Terri, at a Largo nursing home as he studied for college classes. Schiavo had brought two dozen roses not long after a jury in a medical malpractice case awarded the couple about $1-million.

Terri Schiavo's parents, Bob and Mary Schindler, walked in. An argument started. With an exchange of heated words, some involving that money, Schiavo's close relationship with the Schindlers ended.

Today, Schiavo and the Schindlers are combatants in the best known right-to-die case in the nation. They are divided by their hopes of Schiavo's recovery and their beliefs of whether she should live or die. But court records show that the origins of that decade-old dispute involved something far less critical than Schiavo's life.

It involved money.

Do you have access to the 1st and 3rd in the series? In the link you provided Michael says he was getting out of bed for some reason and during that process is when he heard "the thud". He doesn't say that he was getting up because of the thud. Hmmm. There are many inconsistencies in his stories. I think it would be interesting to take everything he has ever said about that night, and morning, etc. as well as the testimony of others and piece it all together to find out further where he lies.

What nerve for Greer to favor Schiavo when HE himself claims the money generates a conflict of interest for both sides. Personally, I don't agree with that. Michael should have shared some of the money with the Schindlers anyway. They were funding many of the expenses AND, as I understand it, even helped with Terri and Michael's support when he was not working or not making enough to support them. They paid many of the medical costs as well. Why shouldn't they have some compensation. In my opinion, it does not constitute a conflict of interests on their part anyway. The very fact that they put so much money into Terri's care (and support for her and Michael previously) was because they love their daughter and want the best for her, as I think any decent parent would. Michael has no such bond with Terri and his actions make it quite obvious that he hasn't had her best interest at heart for quite some time, if he ever did.

>> Michael says he was getting out of bed for some reason

Yes, I remember that too, and yes, it is definitely inconsistent with being awakened by the noise.

I wonder if this whole sequence happened earlier, when he got home, and she just lay there for an hour or two while he thought up some lies. Is that physically possible, or would she have died?

Look who is saying they argued ALL day>

"Scott Schiavo disputes the Schindlers' claims that Terri and Michael were having problems.

But, he said, the couple had been arguing all day on Feb. 25, 1990. Terri collapsed that night.

That's an opinion piece, not factual reporting. It quotes Felos making the point that it's about money and ends up concurring with Felos that it's about money. Ho-hum. What happened to the following issues: wife beating, attempted strangulation, criminal negligence, attempted murder as many as five times through insulin shock and at least two more times by refusing treatment for Terri's infections, sealing and falsifying critical records containing evidence, lying to police, in court and in depositions, and conflicts of interest in guardianship (Jodi, for one of several)?

I don't think that writer had absorbed the whole picture yet.

There are many inconsistencies in his stories.

All along, these 13 years, there have been many.
