Another Jacko special
Herald Sun (Australia) ^ | November 16, 2003 | Cameron Adams

IF YOU thought you'd seen enough freaky Michael Jackson TV specials this year, prepare yourself because there's another.

Michael Jackson's Private Home Videos screens on Channel 7 this Saturday at 6.30pm. This special was the second part of Jacko's damage control after the Martin Bashir documentary from earlier this year, and actually aired in the US months ago.

But it hasn't lost any of its shock value. Jackson, who is looking spookier than ever (like a creepy Elizabeth Taylor in a rather obvious wig) narrates each video.

But it's the stuff Jacko thinks is normal which freaks you out.

There's Jacko in the early '90s hanging out with child actor Macaulay Culkin. If you ever wondered what went wrong with "Mac," then playing water bombs with a man three times his age might have had something to do with it.

There's a moment when Mac, an actual kid, decides he wants to set something alight.

"Not fire, Mac! I'm scared," shrieks Jackson.

Then there's the hilarious (for all the wrong reasons) home videos of Jacko and Elizabeth Taylor.

There's one (with Taylor freaking because she's filmed without make-up - something you will never see happening with Jacko, thankfully) in which Liz gives Michael his first-ever Christmas.

He never celebrated as a Jehova's Witness, but now he's left the religion Liz Santas up his home.

Jacko is rapt as he gets a wad of Super Soakers, his favourite toy. He also casually mentions he went and cried in the toilet afterwards because he felt guilty.

Then Jacko tells us of his special bond with Princess Di, and of a love triangle between himself, Brooke Shields and Emmanuel Lewis (remember Webster?) saying: "I liked her and he liked her."

She liked neither of them.

Then Jacko's people hire out a supermarket, close it, and let Jacko shop like "normal people do".

Except the staff are his friends and cousins, and Jacko looks seriously like a ghoul as he wheels a trolley around with absolutely no idea what he's doing.

Oh, and watch for Jacko's abnormally large hands, which he uses to shield his melted-plastic face.

By strange coincidence this news story went online just 3 hours ago. BTW, just what the HELL was the matter with Macaulay Culkin's parents to leave their son alone with Michael Jackson at Neverland ranch. If you've seen Macaulay Culkin recently it is obvious that hanging out and "playing" with Michael Jackson screwed him up for life.

I think when the video of "Black or White" came out, no allegation had ever been publicly made...

Also, Culkin's less than amicable and healthy relationship with his father is now common knowledge... At the time, working with MJ was everyone's dream... Wesley Snipes, Iman, Magic Johnson, Eddie Murphy, Michael Jordan, Culkin, the guy who was in "Cheers" and a long list of very beautiful people worked with Jackson.... Who knew?

Here is a recent pic of Macaulay Culkin (the one on the right of the photo). Obviously he spent too much time at Neverland Ranch.

Maybe Culkin's parents are "flower children" from the 60s and poppies was their favorite flower.

Btw, I'm not 100% sure that Michael Jackson actually has sex with these children.

It seems he does even weirder things with them, and I don't even have the mental capacity to imagine what Michael Jackson actually does with these boys.

Well, perhaps he is just getting in touch with his feminine side... :-)

Maybe it is like that Troy McClure guy from The Simpsons who is so kinky that nobody can even imagine the weird stuff he does except that it has something to do with fish.

Perhaps you should mention that he was playing a part for a movie.

Do you think John Wayne or Clint Eastwood would take a part like that?

Do you happen to remember the movie title?

I had no idea that he was doing movies again.

I don't know what the title is, but it was about a gay cabaret singer who ends up murdering someone. Based on a true story.

John Wayne wouldn't have, but Eastwood played in several movies with strong homosexual inferences about his character. Check "Thunderbolt and Lightfoot" or the one where he plays a New Orleans cop.

CBS plans on running a Michael Jackson special sometime over the next two or three weeks, tied to the release of Jackson's "next" "greatest hits" album. [rolling eyes]
