It seems a long stretch to me to put this on some mythical Muslim extremists, who are unlikely to dedicate a terrorist act like this one to McVeigh. There are, however, numerous folks who might just do so. I'd agree, particularly given the jihadists pleasure in taking credit for their work.

Just poking around Google, it seems there are a number of Indiana organizations with some sort of grudge against Judaism, in general. Add to that Terre Haute being the place of McVeigh's execution, and this points pretty clearly to some nutcase individual or organization associated with the Christian Identity movement. At least it seems that way to me.
I shall send a check to this museum to aid in the restoration.
