No, it's not rumors. He has paid untold millions, in civil settlements. Those records have been sealed, as part of those settlements. That's a fact. If these recent charges are not settled out of court, alot of things will come out. If Michael still has the clout, it'll be settled.

Keep in mind that the reason he was able to settle was that it was a his-word-against-the-kid's, and the kid's family wanted to settle, and thus refused to testify. In other words, the D.A. wanted to prosecute, but had NO case. I doubt the prosecutors would make that mistake a second time.
