I heard that the state's Republican Governor Mitt Romney condemned the decision, saying marriage should only be between a man and a woman.

Bush has been waiting for the decision before attacking the whole gay marriage issue. Bush will either support a Constitutional Amendment or at least some legislation to codify marriage.
