Has anyone heard from our Houston area Finest?

We're all fine, although we took a pretty good pounding yesterday
with a couple of close calls.. even had a fairly fun thread going during the storms.

Today was a marathon exercise in pumping out the docks for some of us!

Eaker's house had a near-miss by a tornado but otherwise as far as I know
everyone avoided any appreciable damage.

I hope anyone else in the storm's path stays safe!

Thanks, I'm really glad to hear from you and to learn that you've all apparently escaped any serious damage. Must have been pretty scary - I heard there were 19 or 20 tornadoes in the Houston area.
