Does that change the federal money issue? Church schools are tax exempt, and they get to choose who they admit, and who works for them, based on their religious tenets.
Yup...that's correct. Unless the trust in Hawaii got their tax exemption along with some stipulation that they can't discriminate, the tax exemption doesn't mean anything.
