I suppose it would help to know the facts before answering such a question. I guess not knowing the facts doesn't stop CNN from asking.

How about if you think that Rush is an amazing and talented person but really would rather let the process proceed as it will.

How odd. THe CNN poll assumes something that is not at all established. Was it ever proven that the drugs were bought illegally?
This is kinda like "when did Rush stop beating his wife?"
Friggin cnn isn't worth the time.
To: GeorgiaYankee
I hope those of you voting "no" are against the War on Drugs.

I hope those of you voting "no" are against the War on Drugs.I voted no, and I am for the War On Drugs. I do not believe from what little facts are available in the case that prosecuting Rush would amount to anything other than a disproportionate witch-hunt.
I will join those opposed to the War On Drugs the day after Welfare, in all forms, is struck down from the State and Federal government.
Otherwise, anyone who opposed the War On Drugs is an infantile child who's lack of long-term thinking negates their capacity to affect the vote in a positive way...oh wait, they normally vote Losertarian...their vote doesn't count. HA HAHAHAHAHAHAAAAA!

The only relevant question is:
Did he break the law? That is the question I think Rush would ask and I think we all know what his answer would be if the answer to the question is "yes". I do not need CNN or any poll to answer this question, and neither should anyone who cares about the law, (and more importantly), principle.
Which brings up another question...Is CNN still broadcasted in English speaking countries? One would thought they would have had to resort to some "gimmick" like cat fights or mud wrestling invloving Zahn and (or) Begalla by now... ;)
To: ambrose
I voted no because we don't know the facts, and this poll will probably be used against Rush by CNN. It has nothing to do with the War on Drugs.
