This proves the State Bars are a liberal front group that is also Anti-Christain. Think about it, he brought the lawsuit on behalf of his daughter who is a Christain. What a fraud.

Sounds like he has a good shot at being elected to the 9th Circuit Court now. (/sarcasm)

What really bothers me about people like this is not only do they bring about fraudulent law suits but they can not even back up the law suits with facts. A little FYI watch when these people bring up the framers of the constitution.

There is now something scary about this character Newdow. His pathological obsession against Christians should put everyone on the alert........
Just curious, where are his finances coming from?

The problem with jerks like this is that it has nothing to do with religion in the public marketplace. The dangerous thing with such individuals is they believe they've a direct pipeline to the truth; so he's doing everyone a favor by showing them the errors of their ways.
To: Angel
The State Bar licenses and discplines attorneys. It does not give them their 'marching orders' or serve as a client in private lawsuits.
It seems the author, though well-meaning, and probably correct on most points, is a little confused on the "how-tos" of practicing law in California.

"There is now something scary about this character Newdow." He is most definitely demented in his thinking. Take a few seconds to hear him talk and you'll realize how creepy he really is.

I thought this guy was an emergency room doctor?
Did he join the lawyer's bar so he could also sue himself for malpractice and collect outrageous sums from his insurance company?

before he causes damage which could result in a precedent-making lawsuit against the California State Bar itself Newdow's actions has now made The State Bar liable.
fueled and authorized by the State Bar of California
This writer needs to consult a competent lawyer about how state bar licensing works and what a law license means before he further embarrasses himself with statements like this. His exhibition of ignorance pretty much guts his credibility.

"This writer needs to consult a competent lawyer "
More to the point, this writer needs to consult a competent shrink.

He may have a legitimate complaint (not enough information provided to even guess as to whether that is the case), but he certainly won't get a hearing on the merits if he continues in this vein.
