Elements of the left have come out in financial support in order to kill American troops. As Plutarch predicted in August:

...the reward they are being offered for killing one American has had to be raised from $300 to $5,000.

An astute observation. As best I can tell, the same people who are behind efforts like this one are also pulling the strings of the U.S. Democratic Party, namely, world Communists.
