Rodman was charged Oct. 20 with driving under the influence of alcohol after he crashed a motorcycle while doing stunts outside a Las Vegas strip club.

"He was not even intoxicated. He had a couple of drinks and was getting ready to head back home" Prince [Rodman's agent] said in a statement.

Rodman was issued a summons to appear in court for an arraignment sometime in November, police said.

One hopes this is sincere, and not just an attempt to gain some sympathy from the judge for his DUI case. The guy definitely needs help. His bizarre behavior killed his career.
