Thanks so much --
I like reading transcripts..
Don't you think Scott got advise from Geragos about expressing his discomfort with autopsy testimony to the judge before stating so in court?
Geragos's is starting to remind me of court media manipulation tactics =Razzle Dazzle =in the movie Chicago...

Thank you for all of the info Vel. Everything you have mentioned is contrary to MG's spin of this case for the last few months. Do you know if Snott was excused?
Will be heading home soon...BBL.
(back at work today, off again all of next week.)

How clever you were in making an engagement announcement! Congratulations, rb, all the best! You deserve it!

No doubt he's being coached. Remember the faux tears of OJ Simpson when he was forced to look at a nearly decapitated Nichole Simpson and the flood of blood running from the door step to the street? I DO!! It was so contrived and phoney I almost hurled!!

Thanks, Vel! Greta is a must see for me tonight! Need to see the layout of that house in its entirety.

THANK YOU VEL!! I KNEW that hair would make it in. I also KNEW that Geragross was barking up the wrong tree on the exclusion issue because his OWN HIRED EXPERTS would NOT testify on the hair!! Incidentally, for the gnat straining skeptics, the Defense team has two of the MOST WELL KNOW FORENSIC Experts on their payroll!!

Judge: DNA found in Scott Peterson's boat admissible
(ModestoAP) A judge has made an important ruling in the Laci Peterson murder case.
A Stanislaus County Superior Court judge ruled today that prosecutors can use mitochondrial DNA extracted from hair found in Scott Peterson's boat.
Prosecutors are arguing that Scott Peterson killed his pregnant wife and dumped her body in the San Francisco Bay.
Mitochondrial DNA has rarely been used as evidence in California court cases and it can't provide a definitive match.
Defense attorneys had challenged the evidence as unreliable.
The ruling came in the fourth week of a preliminary hearing to determine if there's enough evidence against Scott Peterson to warrant a murder trial.

Sharon, Ron and Brent left the courtroom when the coronor started testifying per Beth Karas of CTV. Lee, Jackie and "some in-laws" stayed.
I wonder why they stayed? To hear that their grandson looked fairly intact compared to his mother. But his little organs were already liquifying?
Scott didn't want to be in the courtroom today IMHO because he and Geragos were probably afraid that Scott lacks the ability to show the appropriate responses to such graphic testimony.

The inside of the house? She's making hay while she's in
Modesto.
I wonder if Jackie and Lee will host the tour? Has Jackie changed Laci's house around? Are those mattresses still being used as window coverings? So many questions.
Can't wait, thanks Vel.

Hergus I agree with your post. Scott DEFINITELY lacks the feelings to show any normal emotion. These antics make me want to throw up. The truth is, I think they will discover that little Connor NEVER EVER took a breath. There is NO way that he was born and then murdered. I find these Defense tactics revolting!!

Yes, Snott was excused from sitting in the courtroom today. Probably had some unfinished toilet paper and toothpaste craft he needed to finish.

Somebody in Modesto....get to Greta fast and tell her to go slowly....so I can get a vid cap of everything!
Is RB announcing something here today? Hmmmmmm....let's see she needs to hurry and get married, so she can get that honeymoon phase over by the time Scott goes to trial...we need her here! {G}
Geragos told Rita Friday that it would probably be spring, but most likely summer before the trial started.
