Not new but I didn't see it elsewhere. I wonder what "established Commission precedent" there was for turning a US phone company over to a foreign government-owned corporation. 61.5% ownership is absolute control.

This is an the DRM mandate by the FCC make me wonder how anti-american boot-lickers there are on the board of the FCC.
