My first post, hope I did it right. At the end of the article it says they would have three years supervised release after completion of their sentences. I guess that means they will be released and allowed to stay in the U.S.? Why don't we deport upon completion of jail sentence?

I don't expect that they'll be released, but I know who to ask, and I will. The good news is that it appears that won't be a problem for quite some time....

Will do, archy, I have thought for sometime, that crossing into the states along the northern border, would be a pretty smart thing to do, if you are a terrorist. Even boating down the Koocanusa, at night, would allow you to bring in "supplies" from Canada. Boating at night, would help you to avoid detection from border agents.
