EVERY large campus has a Diversity Director (titles vary, but same thing) .. their role is to see that the campus has its designated % of minority students, that the campus has sensitivity programs so the designeess are not in any way offended, that the designees do not fail in their courses, that anyone offending said designees is expelled from the campus, that companies and institutions recruiting at the campus are directed to the said designees, and that the designees are comfortable on the campus. Got it?
