I'm happy to hear things got better for you but I'm not going to air my private situation here for a mulitude of personal reasons.
I fully agree that lawyers tend to make family law situations much worse than they start out to be or need to be.

My husband is a Lawyer and I am his paralegal. He, like Nancy Grace, made a decision 18 years ago, that he would practice Solicitors work only. He said he could not go on in all good conscience, standing in front of Judges, defending liars, thieves etc. So, we have been doing corporate and business law for that amount of time. He's been a Lawyer for 34 years so I guess he had had enough. He even says, if you want to complicate even a small dispute, just get a couple of Lawyers involved!! LOL
