They're clearly trying to intimidate Amber into calling it quits and trying to get out of testifying. Geragos is taking the low road... big surprise.
I think the buzz about Geragos maybe subpoenaing Amber to this hearing is also an intimidation tactic. Guess we'll see.
If Geragos keeps on this way he'll get hoisted on his own petard. I wish I could clink champagne glasses with Amber and Scott's other victims (well.. the live ones), if/when that happens.

Geragos must also be hopping mad that Allred is able to comment on the case. I must admit that all the legal posturing has me fascinated. Maybe I should have been a lawyer?

Hi Dev. I don't think it is up to Amber whether or not she testifies at this point.
Any testimony tends to rely to some extent on the credibility of the witness giving it. Amber has had a similar relationship (married man with pregnant wife) in the recent past, had another relationship with a stripper, and named no father on her daughter's birth certificate according to Rita Cosby and Claudia Cowen. Some of this hits very close to things relative to her relationship with Snott in one way or another.
Geragos may be of questionable character (in my opinion anyway) but he does have a duty to defend his client as best he can.

You know Dev Geragos & Co ARE trying to intimidate Amber. I hope her testimony blows their socks off!! Gloria Allred sort of intimated that today. She said, "Well Geragos might want to be careful what he wishes for", but she said, "If he wants to wade into it, I guess that's a determination he has to make"!!
