Thanks, Mags, as always. What I don't understand is this excerpt:

Why not? Prosecution was allowed to bring in Amber's testimony via Brocchini. Just seems to a layperson like me that MG could subpoena her. Get it over with. Everybody is champing at the bits to hear it.

I just heard it also. Probably because it is not the defense that has to meet a threshold to get to trial. I don't see why the Defense should have any right to call witnesses. And Yes, they DO need the Judge's okay to call her.
