Does anyone recall the phase of the moon on the night of the 23rd? Was there enough moonlight for Scott to work without flashlights and other lights?

Good point, grizzfan, and I have wondered about that too. But even if there was a full moon, and this "David" did see what his girlfriend or whoever it was that called the tipline, why is prosecution not persuing the angle that they know she was killed on the 23rd, and somewhere in the wee hours of the 24th that he dumped her? Because there is probably not enough creditable evidence to prove it. JMO

The moon was full on the 21st and at about 89% on the 23rd if I remember correctly. I'll try to find that source.
