I believe that he killed her and took her to the bay in the middle of the night (the 23rd). It was premeditated - he bought the boat on the 9th and he bought a two day fishing license on the 20th for the 23rd and 24th. His plan was to play golf on the 24th. Being the obsessive-compulsive guy that he is, however, he felt compelled to go back to the bay the 24th. He had to check to make sure "everything was okay." We had testimony last week that he returned to the bay frequently the first week of January. He was compulsively checking - just as he did on the 24th.
