The Schindlers said that Schiavo-Felos are arguing primarily that it is Terri's "wish" to die. Mr. Schindler said he could disprove that claim if given the chance.

The Schindlers did not get to say that much on Hannity/Colmes,and most of what they said has been said previously. They are in a position of being unable to rock the boat that much for fear that Schiavo will take away visitation again.

They did not mention the denied feeding lessons, which should help their case. They just could not touch that many bases.

When asked why the state (McCabe-Crist) will not investigate "abuse" in the case, they said they have no idea why FL will not investigate. I believe that the reason the state won't investigate is that most FL officials have coalesced to defend the George W. Greer court decision. The Schindlers, of course, can't say anything that would offend FL officials. They must walk on egg shells. It seems to me that FL officials are defending the concept of the "strong judiciary" as the principal vanguard of liberties. To me, such a judiciary is the foundation of tyranny.

The Schindler's may not rock the boat, but we sure can.
