On Friday, Baird reminded lawyers for the governor that courts repeatedly have found that Terri Schiavo did not want to be kept alive artificially.

Perhaps Baird would be so kind as to refresh my memory about a couple of things:

If Baird isn't outright lying, those should be easy things to supply.
