On Friday, Baird reminded lawyers for the governor that courts repeatedly have found that Terri Schiavo did not want to be kept alive artificially.

Perhaps Baird would be so kind as to refresh my memory about a couple of things:

• The names of two or more judges that made such a factual determination (he did say courts, right?
• A description of any evidence whatsoever which indicates that Terri made any such statement intending it to apply to feeding and hydration.

If Baird isn't outright lying, those should be easy things to supply.
