Thanks we are all kidn fo waiting around waiting for the shoe to drop. I'm so happy Jeb Bush is on this like white on rice.

Actually Terri needs nothing more than to have her parents made Guardian and Michale removed. I trust her parents will do the right thing for their daughter and I would respect their wishes in all instances.

This is why in my mind the bigget case is not the Jeb Bush Florida law case, the biggest case is the basic "Remove Michael as Guardian"

It is maddening that a question as simple as "when is the next hearing" on this case can't get answered in a week.

Hopefully now that there is a Court representative Ron Stewart, he will call me back and answer that question.

Getting Michael removed as Guardian is THE issue. Everything else is only dmamage control because he remains guardian.

Which is why the frenetic hustle to mow down Terri's Law as quickly as possible. They want to moot the guardianship challenge, which technically does have legs.
