It's possible I guess but IMO it would be hard to purge hospital records. If someone comes in unconcious with a possible head injury or stiff neck there are going to be xrays done. To not do so would put the facility at risk for liability I would think. You are talking about ER doctor and nurses notes, labs, orders, mulitple physicans involved, including a radiologist. It just depends on how hard this agency is going to probe because their medical team will know what should be there.

If they thought it was a heart attack, they may not have done any x-rays at the time.
