They need to subpoena records directly from the hospital on the night she collapsed. I hope these guys dig and aren't just good ole boys.

I just hope all the records are still there. Good ole boys again :-(. It seems odd to me that the bone scan slipped through. It was made March 5, 1991. The malpractice award was in 1992. I cannot figure out why that wouldn't have raised some serious red flags at the time, if the insurance company had known about it.
