Yes! HINO said that he found her laying in the hall.
Who said it was a heart attack? Was the Dr. fooled by HINO?

There has been so much time pass, it would be hard to figure out. The only thing the law enforcement can count on is the fact that there are other people in her life that would have some answers. But I don't see them making any moves about this.

Also the nurses that dealt with MS during the first part of Terri's time in the hospital. And also after he won the court case concerning the hospital.

There isn't a lot of information, about whether the law has questioned him or even thought about it.

On a 26 year old healthy woman with as many fractures and healed fractures, you would think questions would have been asked!!!

With all the information given from friends and family about the relationship between them, you'd think someone from the police would say, "Hey, wait a minute. We need to check into this".

But, NO. Total quiet.

Also, was she bruised or swollen at all?

I'm not in the medical profession, but I've had kids!
I know how they look when there's been an altercation with some else.
I have boys, and they have never had THAT many broken bones! One boy had a broken nose from football, and a chipped elbow, from football.

There really isn't info about a heart attack, and I don't know if there has been any evidence, about anything such as this.
The blindness of the medical profession is staggering concerning this case.

I have surmised there isn't anything written or we would know about it.

Aren't there any police detectives and PI's that would have questions?

I know we all have questions we want asked..............

Something just isn't jelling here to me. Am I the only one?

I'm not a conspiracy nut.....but this just doesn't fit.
Has the Culture of Death, consumed the whole legal system in Florida?

I'm sorry, I'm just rambling. It is soooo agravating to me!

At this point in time, most of the agencies that are designed to seek justice are too busy covering their butts. IOW, they don't want the truth to come out. Bush getting involved was the best thing that could happen.

"There has been so much time pass, it would be hard to figure out."

Not at all. Using new forensic science techniques, we are seeing entire historical events reconstructed in such programs as "Unsolved History." Programs like the New Detectives are showing the resolving of crimes and the convictions of the most unlikely of suspects. It can be done, but there has to be a will to do it.

I would like to believe that somebody out there with the means, also has the will. I am sure there is a lot going on behind the scenes that we have no clue about. I would like to see this entire case removed from the so-called "right-to-die" venue. It is misplaced, to say the least.
