She's in her thirties and is borderline disabled from an accident resulting in a severe head injury. She has to struggle to make a living for herself, but overall does quite well. She is not on disability.

Speaking of writing, I was wondering if some of our efforts might be more effective if they got stacks of snail mail and had to have people open and read them. Email is too easy to write, send and delete.
