Oh I LIKE the idea of a aerial banner.....or the kites idea would be super!!!!! and I am SERIOUS when I say that. It is anything out of the ordinary that will grab the eye of the media !

I like the banner idea also. I don't know how much it cost but I was at the capital in Austin protesting when the Dims fled to NM and someone kept circling with a banner of "Heros don't run away" It was very effective. A" happy birthday Terri" over the city would be cool too. Whatever we plan though I think should be done thru freep mail so it's a surprise.
