even if she IS judged to be in a PVS state by Wolfson.
If Wolfson judges her to be PVS, he is diagnosing medicine without a license and that is against the law.

I am very pessimistic about Wolfson. He went to Stetnson law school in Florida whre all these jusdges seem to have gone. Yeah even though he is ""DR"" Wolfson he is not a medical doctor and also he is a lawyer, with his PhD being in Public Health Finance, he is a "policy" dude. I expect him to feel that all the disabled are a drain on the Healthcare cossts and it is better to eliminate tham.
But you never know we could get surprised.
Even if the Jeb Bush law gets struck IF the Advocacy Organizations investigation determins that Michael has not been a good Guardian then perhaps at last he will be removed by Greer. Also the outcome of the Advocacy Organization Investigation could result in forcing the Sheriff (who in a newspaper article stated that he has been friends with Judge George Greer for 20 years and what a great guy he is)and/or other law enforcemtn organizations to begin an investigation into Michael.

Thanks for clarifying that Dr. Wolfson is not an MD, but a PhD. Still, his duties will include determining whether she can be rehabilitated, and I thought that might include looking at the diagnosis of PVS. Do you know if he can call in other MDs to offer fresh medical opinions? I didn't see that mentioned in this article, though it does say he won't be representing her interests, which might mean he won't have as much leeway as Pearse did, when he (Pearse) recommended that the feeding tube not be removed.
