Also in this breaking news report "Judge also decided the case will be heard in Pinellas County" not in Tallahassee as requested by Jeb. What do we have here? We thought Greer was bad, do you think this one could be worse?? Does anyone know anything about this Judge Baird?

All I know is that Baird is a "highly-respected Republican" in FL, whatever that means.
