I also read an interesting article today by William Federer. He mentions Terri and tells how the holocaust started by getting rid of the elderly, then the terminally ill, then the retarded etc.

After hubby was hooked up with Felos, thus began the "Terri must die as per her wishes" began (around 1997).

As much as I admire all of your hard work and dedication, I'm not sure that statement can be proven. Felos was not the attorney at the time Judge Shames made the initial ruling to kill Terri. Felos might have been assisting that attorney, but that is something that should not be stated as fact.

Michael tried to kill her the night of the accident, he tried to kill her when he withheld medication, he tried to kill her when he ordered DNR. Since then, two judges have said Michael could kill his wife. According to Michael she wants to die...yet she lives!!

She has defied them all. The Lord is with Terri and His Will be done.

Gee.....one has an ax to grind (as Jackie) because Terri spoke negatively about the abusive, control-freak MicHell, doctors don't know what they're talking about (so Terri MUST have OSTEOPOROSIS, and not have sustained TRAUMA, MUST be brain-dead rather than brain-injured). Based on a post on another thread, I asked a friend of mine who is a firefighter/EMT if CPR could account for the injuries to the ribs. This was his response:

"in my experience, every incident involving EFFECTIVE CPR has resulted in fractured ribs. the reson is that the ribs are connected to the sternum by cartilage, but the depth of compression necessary for effective CPR in an adult is 1 1/2 to 2 inches, which causes the cartilage to give way, resulting in fractured ribs (since the cartilagenous material is part of the rib)."

Of course, that still wouldn't explain the other injuries, but I thought this would be useful information to have.

Please ask, when CPR is given, and ribs are fractured, which ribs, specifically, are more likely to fracture as a result of CPR?

I don't know, but I'll bet that bone scan was never supposed to find its way "out" of the records. There is just too much there to explain away. Of course, Judge Greer never tried to explain it; simply ignored it.

You must not have studied the details of this case. It's all about MONEY, MONEY. That's what Michael R. Schiavo is about -- MONEY. It there is a little notoriety required to collect the MONEY, so be it.


I don'y know what statement I made that deserved this...I have read everything I can find on Terri and I am very much on her side. In fact I stood vigil outside the hospice this weekend...If your resonse to me was it error I will consider it that an error

Well, like I said, fractured ribs from CPR would not explain the other fractures or the rigid neck.
