Can someone give an HONEST answer as to why he's doing it? Why should we the taxpayers have to pay for it? Our taxes are already too high.

Again the government is spending money we do not have to help people who are not ours. If we ahve $157,000,000.00 to spend on schools then spend it here in the US. We need it too.

1. GWB, just like Clintoon, doesn't give a $hit what you think as far as where your tax money goes.

Like Prescott Bush (globalist) and his son George Herbert Walker Bush (globalist-remember the famous NWO speach), shrub longs to be seen as an international star and follows globalist policies. He can't seem to do away with our borders quick enough. By letting the swill of the world overflow into the US, We'll be a turd world stink pot of a (socialist welfare) nation within ten years.
He's out there shedding our sons and daughters blood in every turd world $hit hole corner of the world while our jobs are being shipped overseas at an ever increasing rate. Don't fear though, the Bushbots say that new (Mc)jobs are now being created at a brisk pace! Having signed L1 visa probram into law, GWB obviously feels the need to pull the rug out from underneath even more Americans and bring in people from all parts of the world to undercut Americans and take their jobs. Add all this to tha fact that he's spending billions apon billions of dollars we don't have, sprinkling dollars far and wide across the globe...and he give the fat cats a token tax break. He needs to cut government spending first! I'm all for tax cuts, but these tax cuts are actually just pushing the debt a little further along down the road to younger generations of American tax payers, so long as he doesn't cut spending.
