How do you prove to a Jury what somebody is thinking?

You wouldn't have to, the fact you committed the crime would be all the evidence needed to convict you of the thought.

Letters, emails, phone calls to the usual suspects? I'm thinking of using form protest letters, just filling in the blank, where the latest outrage should be inserted.
