You know why it's good for Amber NOT to be used in the Prelim but in the trial itself? It's because in front of a jury Geragos and/or McAllister will NOT be able to rip her apart. It will backfire bigtime, PLUS they won't have any other transcript in which they could say, well in the Prelim you said this, and now your saying it differently!! That type thing but mostly in the Prelim they are allowed to be brutal but NOT the trial.

I don't think they need her at this point. Additionally, if Amber did testify in the prelim it could give the defense more ammunition in the trial. She'd possibly be grilled on inconsistencies between both testimonies and painted as a liar, etc.
